To lease on with Rich Logistics, owner operators must meet the following requirements:
- Have 2 years minimum over the road experience
- Be at least 23 years old
- Have a class A CDL
- Pass a drug test

- Undergo a background check for the past 10 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Have a 2004 or newer truck
